Next Level Computers has established this Privacy Policy to inform customers about how we use personal information once submitted to us.

Next Level Computers (herein referred to as NLC) does not share personally identifiable information with outside companies, except in normal business practices.  These normal practices consist of:

• Providing your shipping address to outside vendors and/or shipping companies
• Providing your invoice(s) to our accountant for tax return preparation.

Any information posted to the NLC Forums is not protected by this privacy policy.  Your email address will be kept private unless you opt to display/post such information.  By posting, you agree to these terms and the bulletin board rules and Terms of Services.  Under the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 COPPA, if you are under 13 years of age, you are NOT permitted to post in the forum area.

NLC tracks page and download statistics for internal use only.  This information is not shared with anyone.

Other than reasons mentioned above, NLC does not and will not share ANY information, whether email address, phone number, name, etc. with outside companies, except when required by law or in the investigation of fraud.

Some specific sections of NLC's site may contain addendums to the Privacy Policy and Site Terms & Conditions.  You can view this information by clicking the Terms & Conditions link at the bottom of such sections.  In the event there is conflicting information between this and the addendum, the addendum shall be followed.
